Before VR was a marketing tool, we put it inside a shoe box.
Oakley's first skate shoe with Bob Burnquist's signature came with an immersive experience of dropping into the Megaramp in Bob's backyard. Not a teaser. The actual drop, in VR, inside the packaging.
One of the earliest examples of the medium being used not as spectacle, but as product experience.
