The insight was that insurance advertising is so full of clichés that people have stopped hearing it. So we leaned into the clichés — deliberately, loudly, on purpose. "Something to Help You Remember" became a long-running platform that made fun of advertising conventions while still doing the job advertising is supposed to do.
